HSE Advisor - Owner's Rep.

Overview

The HSE Advisor - Owner's Rep will provide on-site HSE support and oversight for contractors performing construction and operational work. Key responsibilities include conducting safety observations, performing contractor evaluations, evaluating contractor processes, participating in pre-planning meetings, supporting incident investigations, providing technical guidance, and promoting a strong safety culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of EHS/HSE experience
• OSHA 30 Hour certification
• Preferred degree in safety
• Preferred pharmaceutical experience
• Experience in safety management programs
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products
• Effective presentation and communication skills

Physical Demands

• Moving about long distances
• Ascending/Descending stairs and ladders
• Remaining in a stationary position for a prolonged period
• Working in extreme weather
• Exposure to loud noises
• Wearing personal protective gear correctly
