HSE Advisor

Responsibilities

• Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement measures to mitigate risks.
• Safety Audits: Assist in conducting safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Training: Support the development and delivery of health and safety training programs for employees.
• Legislation Monitoring: Stay updated with changes in health and safety legislation and ensure the organization remains compliant.
• Incident Investigation: Participate in the investigation of accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health and safety activities.
• Project Support: Provide health and safety support for various projects within the business unit.

Qualifications and Experience

• Education: A degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Certification: NEBOSH diploma or equivalent health and safety qualification.
• Driving Licence: A full driving license is required.

• Knowledge of Health and Safety Regulations: Understanding and applying health and safety laws and regulations is crucial.
