Main Duties
- Participation in development of policies and procedures
- Conduct and/or coordinate compliance training for all employees
- Aid in the promotion of Black & McDonald’s Internal Responsibility System
- Promote safe work practices and procedures
- Conduct any necessary incident investigations and report to required personnel
- Conduct jobsite audits of safe work practices and procedures
- Assist in management of Worker's Compensation claims
- Assist in compliance with FMCSA
Employment Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental or related field
- 3-5 years Safety and Health experience preferred
- Must have working knowledge of OSHA regulations and FMCSA
- Electrical experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills, displaying superior verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Skilled in problem solving and innovation
- Must have an aptitude for learning
