Major/Essential Functions
- Perform biological technician job duties.
- Under supervision of research professor, plan, execute, and oversee original research projects involving drug discovery and biological research.
- Draft and execute experiments.
- Perform data analysis, interpret results, contribute to publication efforts, and disseminate research.
- Compile periodic data reports and review literature and research proposals.
- Provide guidance to personnel involved in research projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or closely related field, such as Biomedical Engineering and/or Biotechnology.
- Five (5) years experience as a Biotechnologist.
