HSC Premises Manager-Mechanical

About the role

The States of Guernsey are looking for a HSC Premises Manager - Mechanical to join the team at the States Property Unit. The post holder will be expected to manage the provision of a comprehensive mechanical maintenance service for the Health and Social Care property portfolio and be responsible for maintaining compliance with statutory obligations both within the mechanical remit and any other obligations that may be required to undertake mechanical works.
