Responsibilities
- Lead healthcare operations within a correctional facility
- Oversee the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective healthcare services in a safe, secure environment
- Support patient care when needed
- Drive operational excellence, compliance, and team performance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field required (Master’s preferred)
- Active clinical license (RN or similar) strongly preferred due to hands-on component
- 3–5+ years of healthcare leadership or supervisory experience
- Clinical healthcare or highly regulated environment experience preferred
Qualifications
- Experience leading healthcare operations in a correctional facility
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge
- Ability to balance leadership and clinical responsibilities

- Compliance and regulatory knowledge
