About the role

The Athletic Coach is responsible for developing athletes' skills, fostering teamwork, and promoting physical fitness and sportsmanship. The Coach plans and leads practices, prepares athletes for competition, and supports their overall growth both on and off the field.

Responsibilities

• Develop athletes' technical and tactical skills through structured training sessions.
• Plan and lead practices, ensuring they are productive, safe, and aligned with team goals.
• Prepare athletes for competitions, including strategy development and mental conditioning.
• Foster teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive team culture.
• Support athletes' overall growth, including academic, personal, and athletic development.
• Promote physical fitness and healthy lifestyle habits among team members.
