About the role

The HS Asst Track Coach at Olentangy High School is responsible for supporting the athletic program by assisting in the coaching of track and field events.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and implementation of training programs for athletes.
• Work closely with the head coach to develop and implement strategies for team success.
• Attend all home and away meets to support the team.
• Participate in team meetings and other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in physical education or related field.
• Experience as an assistant coach or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Pass a background check.

Pay
