HRIS Workday Specialist
About the role
This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. Based in New York City or Louisville, KY.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain the Workday system, specifically the Recruiting and Compensation modules, to align with organizational requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with HR and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective system configurations and enhancements.
- Design and implement recruiting and compensation processes, workflows, and rules within the Workday system.
- Conduct thorough system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing, to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for system issues, guiding end-users on effective system usage.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, with a focus on the Recruiting and Compensation modules.
- Strong knowledge of Workday functionality, business process framework, configuration, and best practices.
- Experience with system implementation, configuration, and support in a large-scale organization.
- Proficiency in Workday reporting and analytics, with the ability to create and customize reports and dashboards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
- Experience with other recruiting applications, such as Phenom, is desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Pay
The applicable base salary range for this role is $66,000 to $132,000. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
Schedule
All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
