About the Role
The Applications Analyst will focus on the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of UKG Workforce Management (WFM) Pro and Workday Time & Absence modules, with an emphasis on UKG Time Clock management, Accruals, Attendance, and Advanced Scheduling. Experience with UKG Data Hub is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain UKG WFM Pro modules, including Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, and Advanced Scheduling.
- Manage Time Clock devices, including firmware updates, biometric registration, and cutover planning.
- Support day-to-day UKG application management activities.
- Support Workday Time & Absence configuration, ensuring alignment with organizational policies.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to implement new features and system upgrades.
- Ensure smooth integration between UKG and Workday for time and absence data.
- Participate in testing cycles (Unit, UAT, End-to-End) and document results.
- Translate business requirements into system configurations for attendance and accrual policies.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and organizational regulations.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support and resolve time clock connectivity and data synchronization problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, HR Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS or Workforce Management systems.
Skills
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with UKG WFM Pro (Timekeeping, Accruals, Attendance, Advanced Scheduling). Strong knowledge of UKG Time Clock management, including installation and troubleshooting. Experience with Workday Time & Absence configuration and support.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with UKG Advanced Scheduler optimization for manufacturing or multi-shift environments.
- Familiarity with integration tools and data migration between UKG and Workday.
- Knowledge of compliance standards related to time and attendance.
Pay
Anticipated salary range: $73,000.00 – $110,000.00 annually. The actual salary will vary based on location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible.
