Job Summary
The HRIS Integrations Administrator supports the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and reporting of the company’s Human Resources Information System (HRIS), Workday. This role assists in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and integrity of HR data and provides support for system updates, user inquiries, and integrations.
Essential Functions and Duties
- Create and maintain integrations within Workday, ensuring quality data transfer
- Work directly with stakeholders and vendors to troubleshoot, requirements gather, and configure integrations
- Troubleshoot user issues and escalate technical problems to the project queue as needed
- Enter, audit, and maintain employee data across HRIS modules including HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Recruiting, and Time Tracking
- Develop, audit, and maintain time off plans and payroll deductions & earnings
- Run and distribute scheduled and ad hoc reports for HR and business leaders
- Aid in the processing of organizational and employee changes in the system
- Support the testing and implementation of Workday upgrades and enhancements
- Maintain and update user documentation and training materials
- Participate in training sessions and user support activities
- Support projects involving data uploads and process improvements
Required Experience, Education, and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in configuring and maintaining integrations, preferably with exposure to Workday
- Experience with configuring Payroll and Time & Absence preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
- Basic understanding of HR processes and functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR technology space
