HRIS Functional Analyst (SAP)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HRIS Functional Analyst to support SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors systems and HR business processes. This role involves analyzing requirements, supporting system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and working with HR and IT teams to improve HR technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document HRIS business and functional requirements.
• Support SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors system configuration and enhancements.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT teams.
• Analyze HR processes and recommend system improvements.
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot functional issues and coordinate resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides.
• Support SAP system updates, enhancements, and implementations.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and HRIS system maintenance.
• Provide functional support and end-user assistance.
• Ensure HR data accuracy, security, and compliance.
