As a member of our Human Resources team, the HRIS Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing our HR technology ecosystem, with a strong focus on Workday. This position partners closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to deliver scalable solutions, maintain data integrity, improve processes, and provide workforce insights that support business decisions. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, HR Technology & Optimization, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys leveraging technology, data, and process improvement to enhance the employee experience and organizational effectiveness. Your Role at Woodard & Curran: Administer, configure, and optimize Workday, Lever, and other HR technology platforms. Coordinate Workday releases, testing activities, and deployment of new functionality. Leverage AI to improve processes and increase efficiencies. Manage Workday business processes, security roles, organizational structures, and system enhancements. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data through audits, validations, and governance practices. Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support decision-making. Support system integrations, upgrades, releases, testing, and troubleshooting activities. Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to improve processes and drive automation. Participate in HR technology projects, implementations, and change management initiatives. Create system documentation, user guides, and training materials while serving as a Workday subject matter expert. What You Will Need To Succeed: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of HRIS administration, reporting, and analytics experience. 3-5 years of hands-on Workday experience required. Experience supporting Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Benefits, Talent & Performance, Learning, Absence Management, or Security. Advanced Workday reporting skills, including calculated fields, dashboards, and analytics. Knowledge of HR processes, data governance, system integrations, and HR technology best practices. Strong Excel, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades, process improvements, and automation initiatives. Strong project management, organization, and communication skills. Ability to translate technical concepts into user-friendly solutions and build effective cross-functional partnerships. $90,000 - $140,000 a year The anticipated compensation range for this position is based on several factors, including the candidate’s qualifications, experience, education, skills, and primary work location. Final compensation will be determined based on these factors and adjusted, where applicable, by a geographic differential. Geographic differentials are percentage-based adjustments that reflect variations in labor market costs across locations. As a result, the compensation range for this position may vary depending on where the successful candidate is located and performs their work. The examples below illustrate how compensation for this role may differ across geographic markets.
