Purpose of Position
The HRIS Analyst, Senior will ensure proper design, configuration, testing, maintenance, and documentation of system upgrades, change requests and processes. Support the respective global HR COE(s) on HR technology. Provide guidance to the HRIS Analyst position.
Tasks And Responsibilities
- Audit of employee transactions and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
- Research and resolve system problems and unexpected results or process flaws
- Perform scheduled activities
- Recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements
- Support the implementation of new technology platforms, system upgrades & enhancement projects
- Lead cross-functional team meetings and projects in support of the HR technology roadmap
- Communicate project status, open items, and follow-up items
- Manage vendor relationships for managed service partners and consultants
- Understand and maintain employees' Data Privacy compliance measures, HR laws, and regulations associated with resource and data management
- Follow appropriate change control processes and approval processes when applying updates to employee records and other system configuration
Education and Certifications
Experience with HR Information Systems required; SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HCM platform is preferred. Proficient in MS Office Suite; highly skilled in Excel and Powerpoint. Strong data visualization skills.

KSAOs
- Experience with HR Information Systems required; SAP SuccessFactors or other cloud-based HCM platform is preferred.

- Strong understanding of HR and Payroll practices and processes.
- Experience with project-related activities through active participation in system-related and HR projects.
