Maintain Accurate Employee Data
- Maintain accurate employee data within the HRIS through regular updates and data integrity checks.
Assist and Lead HRIS Projects
- Aid and lead HRIS projects, including system upgrades, new functionality rollouts, and implementations.
Create Reports and Support Analytics
- Create and deliver reports, dashboards, and analytics to support strategic HR and business decisions.
Provide Technical Support
- Provide technical support and training to HR and end-users; troubleshoot system issues and translate technical information into user-friendly guidance.
Partner with Cross-Functional Teams
- Partner with HR and cross-functional teams to assess current processes and recommend technology-driven enhancements.
Collaborate with IT
- Collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues and ensure system performance, and compliance standards are met.
Maintain Documentation and Training
- Maintain up-to-date system documentation, including process workflows and configuration details.
- Support end-user training to adopt systems and proficiency.
Support Compliance Initiatives
- Prepare and submit data for audits and support ongoing compliance initiatives.
Stay Informed and Optimize System Usage
- Stay informed on HRIS features and trends to help optimize system usage.
