About the role
The HRBP III at Airbus DS Geo Inc. is a strategic partner responsible for translating business initiatives into people solutions, aligning HR objectives with organizational goals, and providing expert counsel to leadership.
Responsibilities
Develop strong advisory partnerships with key leaders, influencing strategic determinations and contributing to core business outcomes.
Proactively identify and influence people-related needs, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.
Provide balanced support and advocacy to business and employees, actively engaging and suggesting improvements to initiatives.
Engage and respond to employees, addressing issues promptly and professionally, and conduct root cause analysis for complex employee relations risks.
Lead strategic workforce activities, forecasting talent demands, building talent pipelines, and facilitating the integration of new employees.
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and terminations, and administer benefits and payroll processes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, manage benefits programs, and oversee operational excellence and administration.
Influence and lead major organizational transformations, assessing change readiness, creating communication strategies, managing resistance, and reinforcing change.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
9 years of progressive HR experience as an HRBP, with 4 years in a multi-functional international environment.
Experience with HRIS tools like ADP, Workday, or SAP.
Proficiency in Google Suite.
Experience in Aerospace industry preferred.
PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certifications desirable.
Travel required 15%, domestic and international.
Qualifications
Authorized to work in the US.
Physical requirements: onsite 80% or more, daily vision, hearing, speaking, equipment operation, carrying, pushing/pulling, sitting.
