HR Technology Analyst Senior
About the role
The HR Technology Analyst Senior serves as the liaison between the HR functional area and IT in translating complex business needs into application technology solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyzes, designs, develops, and maintains HRIS solutions to address complex and evolving business process needs.
- Collaborates with ServiceNow developers and platform management partners to ensure business and functional requirements are accurately incorporated into solution design, development, testing, and implementation.
- Serves as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow Human Resources Service Delivery and related HRIS solutions, providing guidance and resolving user questions and system issues.
- Led and supports projects that impact data management, configuration, and ongoing maintenance within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives and governance standards.
Requirements
- Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 5 years of experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- ServiceNow platform fundamentals
- Employee Center Pro portal architecture
- Portal content types, taxonomy structure & audiences / targeting
- Content editor vs. service portal configurations
- Relationship between HR & user profile data and personalization capabilities
- Conceptual understanding of integration design (i.e., triggers, integration patterns, etc.)
- Conversational design (flows, redirects, steering)
- Permissions & security policies embedded within processes / configurations
Benefits
For candidates working in person or virtually in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $94,584 to $155,388. Locations: California; Illinois; New Jersey; New York; Virginia.

Schedule
Must be able to work one Saturday per month and may have to work some weekends and evenings during implementation periods. Must be able to work CST or EST hours.
Location
This role requires associates to be in-office 1-2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.
