Job Responsibilities
- Displays basic knowledge of the client’s HR Technology applications (may vary based on assignments)
- Demonstrates the ability to diagnose, document and resolve common HR application issues from a functional, administrative and operational perspective
- Affords assistance to employee and management end users as needed (Help Desk function)
- Exhibits a consistently high level of customer service, collaboration and consensus building skills while working with internal clients and/or stakeholders
- Performs systems administration, data management, table maintenance, integration monitoring, data uploads, and configuration functions for HR Technology applications
- Affords assistance in troubleshooting data issues encountered by internal and external third party applications
Project-Related Activities
- Affords assistance in performing Business Requirements Analysis and composes clear, comprehensive Functional Specifications that are usable by our IS counterparts to enable new capabilities
- Executes User Acceptance Testing to ensure quality implementations
- Develops clear user documentation including Job Aides, Operational Guides, Online Content, etc.
- Develops HR Reports using Report Writing Tools (Business Objects) once provided clear specifications

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 2 to 4 years of experience working in a Human Resources or Information Technology environment
- At least two (2) years of Workday HCM Experience Required OR At least two (2) years of Service Now Admin Experience Required
