HR Systems Director
for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content.
We have content: About the role (intro description). Responsibilities: list of duties (the "What You’ll Be Doing" bullet list). Requirements: maybe "Additional Requirements" (health screening, background, driver license, age, lift, etc.) Also "Preferred Qualifications" could be Qualifications or Skills. There's also "Compensation" (Pay). There's "Perks" (Benefits). There's schedule mention: "Ability to work during the organization’s core work hours and be flexible in work schedule including some evenings and weekends; travel as needed". That's schedule info.
We need to avoid boilerplate: EEO, non-discrimination, accommodation statement, application instructions, etc. Remove those.
We must preserve all substantive info. So we need to include:
- About us? The intro "A little about us…" maybe not needed as a section? Could be part of About the role? The instruction: Use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. So we can have an About the role
containing the paragraph about the role (the description after "About The Role").
But we also have "A little about us…" which is about the organization. Not listed as a heading option; maybe we could include it under About the role? Or we could create a separate section like "About Kidango"? Not in allowed headings. Probably we should incorporate that into About the role or maybe omit? The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could include About the role paragraph that includes both the role description and maybe the organization description? But the "About The Role" heading is present; we should use that.
Thus:
About the role

Kidango (kidango.org) is an early learning nonprofit committed to setting every child on a path to thrive in kindergarten and in life. We believe that all children can reach their full potential if they and their families have access to the right opportunities and resources. As the largest child care provider in the San Francisco Bay Area, we provide thousands of children, especially those from low-income families, with safe, healthy, nurturing environments and relationships. Through our policy work, we aim to take our expertise beyond the children and families that we serve, and drive change in early childhood education at the local, state and federal levels. Our goal is to make sure all children have the social, emotional, and academic skills they need to learn, grow and realize their potential.

Then Responsibilities: list of duties from "What You’ll Be Doing". Use- . We need to capture each bullet. The bullet list includes many items separated by periods? We need to split into separate list items. Each sentence seems a duty. We'll create
- for each sentence.
Now Requirements: maybe "Additional Requirements" bullet list: Must pass a health screening and TB test, Must pass background fingerprint clearance, Valid Driver License, Must be 18 years or older, The ability to lift up to 30lbs may be needed during some job duties, The employee will be required to use hands for computer work, answering phone calls, etc., Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions.

Experience in non-profit with early education, including state and federal policy preferred. Ability to work during the organization’s core work hours and be flexible in work schedule including some evenings and weekends; travel as needed to agency, community and state functions.
We could split into Qualifications and Skills sections. The instruction allows Qualifications and Skills separate headings. We could put education and experience under Qualifications, and technical skills under Skills. But we can also just put all under Qualifications. However we need to follow instruction: use headings only when posting has real specific content. We have both Qualifications and Skills content. We could separate: Qualifications (education, experience) and Skills (technical, project management, stakeholder, knowledge). Let's do that.
Qualifications: BS Degree..., 5+ years..., Strong understanding..., Experience..., Knowledge of HR and Payroll compliance..., Experience in non-profit..., Ability to work... (maybe schedule). Actually schedule belongs to Schedule section.
Skills: Expertise with databases..., Strong project management..., Excellent stakeholder..., Knowledge of integrations..., etc.
Pay: Compensation $161,506.80—$161,506.80 USD (same min and max). So we have a specific pay figure. We'll include
Pay
$161,506.80 USD
(or range). Since it's same, we can state that. Benefits: Perks list: "An opportunity to improve real lives, solve hard problems, and change the world", "Friendly, supportive, and adventurous environment with a team of engaged colleagues", "A comprehensive, industry-leading benefits package", "Opportunities to connect with and learn from colleagues and partners around the world", "Drug-Free Workplace". Also maybe we should include the benefits package description. We'll put those as- .
Schedule: from "Ability to work during the organization’s core work hours and be flexible in work schedule including some evenings and weekends; travel as needed to agency, community and state functions." We'll put that as
- .
