About the role
Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking an HR Support Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team.
This is a full-time contract position; remote work is not permitted and applicants must be able to report to work on time as scheduled.
Responsibilities
- Manage a multi-line telephone system and provide customer service to walk-ins and over the phone.
- Process faxes and supply requests/orders, employment verifications, bereavement gratuities, etc.
- Support upcoming projects.
- Able to lift and transport up to 25 lbs.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous phone-servicing experience is required.
- Prior office experience (preferably 4-6 months).
Skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional etiquette in-person and over the phone.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Pay
This position has a fixed rate of $18/hour.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 7:30am to 4:15pm
