About the Team

You’ll be joining the JD.com team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Process Optimization and Standardization: Deeply analyze HR business needs, streamline and optimize processes such as social insurance, housing fund, onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and other related procedures. Develop standardized operating procedures; drive the transition of HR services from localized delivery to centralized shared services, improving the efficiency and standardization of HR management.
• Business Operations and Delivery Management: Responsible for the operation of the Shared Service Center (SSC) delivery center, coordinate the practical delivery of social insurance and housing fund services, manage billing, and provide policy consultations. Interface with social insurance service providers to ensure smooth business operations. Enhance delivery quality and employee satisfaction through quality checks and service optimization.
• Data and Decision Support: Continuously monitor and analyze HR data such as social insurance and housing fund information to support management decision-making. Coordinate the management and analysis of the five insurances and one fund data, extract data value, and support the optimization of HR strategies and business innovation.
• System Development and Digital Transformation: Drive the development of HR systems, assess business needs, and formulate solutions. Monitor system development progress to ensure timely launch. Stay informed about industry trends, continuously optimize system functions, and promote the digital transformation of HR services.
• Team Management and External Collaboration: Build and develop a professional HR service team, enhancing team capabilities. Establish and maintain relationships with external institutions such as embassies and immigration authorities. Collaborate with internal departments and third-party service providers to ensure the smooth processing of visa applications, international assignments, and related matters.
