HR Specialist (Hybrid HR/Customer Success)

About the role

ProcareHR is looking for an HR Specialist to join our team supporting senior living and long-term care clients across multiple states. This role starts as a hybrid position, giving you hands-on HR casework alongside Customer Success administrative support, so you'll build broad, cross-functional experience from day one before the role settles into a full HR Specialist scope.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR casework for assigned clients, triaging cases, interpreting HR policies, and supporting employee relations matters so senior HR leaders can focus on strategy and complex issues.
• During the initial hybrid phase, support our Client Engagement team with report requests, checklist and access management, and UKG navigation, giving you exposure to both the HR and Customer Success sides of client support.

Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a PEO, consulting, multi-client, or healthcare environment preferred.
• Comfort with HRIS systems (UKG Ready preferred), Salesforce, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, OneNote).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities across HR and Customer Success work.

Pay

$24 - $29/hr | Credit given for experience
