  • Educate and Provide Recommendations. Leverage ADP product and services knowledge to solve issues and help clients understand our products' value. Turn client input into recommendations for leaders on best practices and solutions training.
  • Flex and Adapt. Thrive in a structured, metrics-driven call center environment requiring prioritization, organization, multitasking, and prompt follow-up. Balance workload to handle multiple inquiries while staying up-to-date on ADP and external policy changes.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of client and/or service experience.
  • A college degree is not required; relevant skills or experience (including military experience) are valued.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Payroll Certifications: Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP).
  • HR Certifications: SHRM, PHR, GBA, CEBS, and/or CHRS (ACA).

  • Ongoing training, development, and mentorship.
  • Comprehensive health benefits starting on Day 1, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and wellness programs.
  • Mental health and well-being support.
  • Matched retirement savings.
  • Short- and long-term disability coverage.
  • Charitable contribution match and paid volunteer time off.
  • Holidays, personal days, and vacation.

Pay

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. The compensation range is USD $18.56 - USD $34.66 per hour.
