HR Services SpecialistLocation: Rosemead, CA - Hybrid (Onsite Monday & Tuesday) Duration: 18-Month Contract Schedule: 7:00 AM-5:00 PM (1-hour flex) Pay Range: $22.50-27.50/hr Position SummaryWe are seeking an HR Services Specialist with experience working in an HR service center environment and a strong customer service background. This is primarily a transaction processing role, supporting employees and leaders through HR inquiries, case management, employee data entry, and HR transactions.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SuccessFactors, including workflows and transactions, as well as HR data and case management. The role requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to efficiently process approximately 30–40 HR transactions per day while providing a positive employee experience.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess approximately 30–40 HR transactions per day, ensuring accuracy and timely completionPerform employee data entry and maintain accurate HR recordsProcess HR transactions, including employee data changes, hires, terminations, promotions, and other personnel actionsUtilize SAP SuccessFactors to complete workflows and HR transactionsManage and resolve employee cases through an HR case management systemResearch and respond to employee and leader inquiriesMaintain and update HR data while ensuring data integrity and confidentialityFollow established HR policies, procedures, workflows, and regulatory requirementsProvide high-quality customer service through phone, case management, and other service channelsIdentify issues requiring additional support and escalate complex cases to the appropriate HR teamSupport a consistent and positive employee experience across HR service channels Required Skills & Qualifications2+ years of HR experiencePrevious experience working in an HR Service Center, HR Shared Services, or similar high-volume HR environmentStrong customer service experienceHands-on experience with SuccessFactors, including workflows and transactionsExperience with HR data entry and transaction processingExperience with HR case management systemsAbility to accurately process a high volume of transactionsStrong attention to detail and data accuracyStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple cases and transactionsStrong written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent experience Preferred SkillsExperience with BTPExperience supporting high-volume HR transactionsStrong understanding of HR processes and employee dataAdaptable and quick learnerOrganized and self-motivatedStrong communicator and team player ...
