About the role
The HR Services Coordinator serves as the primary contact for partners, employees, former employees, and retirees on payroll, benefits, HR transactions, and policy-related questions. You will handle inquiries and problems to provide an exceptional employee experience, offering clear advice and information using knowledge base and case management tools.
Location
This hybrid position is available in our Phoenix, Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, or Seattle office, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for Human Resources, ensuring the AskHR experience meets operational excellence standards for lawyers and business professionals.
- Assist managers and employees in navigating Workday and executing business process transactions.
- Support day-to-day operations of HR functions, including HR Operations, Total Rewards, and Employee Relations.
- Partner with colleagues and Centers of Excellence to execute tasks and fulfill key deliverables within assigned SLAs.
- Research and resolve HR cases using the ServiceNow case management system, documenting case details and resolution.
- Maintain working knowledge of company benefit plans such as health insurance, 401(k), vacation, holidays, time tracking, and pay to respond to AskHR inquiries.
- Adhere to departmental standard operating procedures (SOP) to ensure data integrity within HR systems and a consistent employment experience.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, knowledgebase articles, and FAQs for all areas of accountability.
- Maintain employee personnel records and other HR records, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within the assigned scope of work, proposing solutions to enhance HR support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR administrative support role.
- Preference for 2+ years’ experience with benefits administration and HR policy administration.
- Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel); preference for 2+ years’ experience with Workday and ServiceNow or similar systems.

Physical Demands
This is primarily sedentary work, requiring occasional exertion of up to 10 pounds of force. The role involves sitting for extended periods, with occasional walking and standing, and may include domestic or international travel.
Work Environment
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement combining remote and in-office work, with specifics determined at the time of hiring.
Pay
The expected hiring range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00 per hour, depending on the candidate’s geographic market location. Non-exempt positions are paid on an hourly basis with overtime in accordance with applicable laws. Compensation will also depend on the candidate’s experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications.
