About the role
Delivers effective HR policy, operational and systems support to broader HR colleagues, employees, managers and candidates across a range of HR areas and covering the full scope of people management (‘hire to retire’).
Responsibilities
- Supports the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Provides operational and systems support to HR colleagues, employees, managers and candidates.
- Assists in managing employee relations and compliance issues.
- Supports recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Manages employee benefits administration and related processes.
- Supports the management of employee records and data integrity.
- Collaborates with managers to develop and implement training programs.
- Supports the management of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or related field.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of HRIS systems and software.
- Experience with employee engagement surveys and analysis.
- Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
- Experience with performance management systems.
