About the role

Delivers effective HR policy, operational and systems support to broader HR colleagues, employees, managers and candidates across a range of HR areas and covering the full scope of people management (‘hire to retire’).

Responsibilities

  • Supports the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provides operational and systems support to HR colleagues, employees, managers and candidates.
  • Assists in managing employee relations and compliance issues.
  • Supports recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Manages employee benefits administration and related processes.
  • Supports the management of employee records and data integrity.
  • Collaborates with managers to develop and implement training programs.
  • Supports the management of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in HR operations or related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of HRIS systems and software.
  • Experience with employee engagement surveys and analysis.
  • Understanding of labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience with performance management systems.
