HR Service Associate

Overview

We are looking for a dedicated HR Service Associate who excels in handling repetitive tasks independently and collaboratively within a team setting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of maintaining high productivity while working in a hybrid (onsite and remote) environment.

Responsibilities

• Audit and extend job offers
• Create, refresh, and fill requisitions
• Enter Core HR transactions (promotions, pay increases, terminations)
• Perform various tasks related to system clean-up

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
• Ability to consistently perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Productive in a remote work environment; reliable internet connection required
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
