What You’ll Do
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians, advanced practice providers, PACE, hospice, home health, and other critical healthcare positions.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies and build proactive talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles.
- Partner with hiring leaders to understand staffing needs and serve as a trusted recruitment advisor.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through onboarding.
- Use recruiting metrics and labor market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
- Represent Everent Health at networking events, career fairs, and professional associations.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five (5) or more years of full-cycle healthcare recruiting experience.
- Demonstrated success recruiting difficult-to-fill clinical positions.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.
PREFERRED
- Experience recruiting physicians and/or advanced practice providers.
- Knowledge of provider compensation models and healthcare labor markets.
- Experience supporting multiple healthcare service lines, including PACE, hospice, or home health.
