We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role? Actually we have sections: maybe "About the role" (intro), "Responsibilities" (What You'll Do), "Requirements" (Who You Are), "Benefits" (What We Offer), "Schedule" (Schedule & Availability). Also maybe "Qualifications" but we have Requirements and Who You Are. We need to follow rules: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. We need to include sections only if they have real content. We have: - About the role: The first paragraph(s) describing the role: "The HR & Safety Specialist provides dedicated Human Resources, Safety, and administrative support to weekend and second-shift operations at Unified Defense. This position serves as an on-site resource for employees and supervisors during hours when regular HR, Safety, and administrative management coverage may be limited. The Specialist provides first-line support for workplace incidents, employee concerns, injuries, safety matters, documentation, routine HR questions, and general employee needs. The position also conducts safety observations and audits, assists with preliminary fact-finding, responds to workplace injuries, and ensures matters requiring additional attention are appropriately documented and escalated." We can put that under

    About the role

    with

. - Who We Are: description of company: "Founded in 2016, Unified Defense has been serving our clients with high quality craftsmanship for almost 10 years. From our recent beginnings, to where we are today, serving our customers with superior products has been an unchanging goal for us. Our approach has been passed down for many years, and we are proud to serve both our customers and employees with a foundation in our core values. Without satisfied employees, we can't serve our customers with the selfless care, ethical nature, and overall integrity we promise. We are proud to maintain an employee-focused company, where our team members feel supported and excited to come to work. We want your confidence and determination to shine in all you do - join our team today!" We could include as part of About the role or separate section "About the company". But the allowed headings list does not include "About the company". However we could embed that in About the role or maybe we can create a section "About the role" that includes both role description and company description. The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those as examples. Probably we should stick to those headings. So we can have About the role (including role description and maybe company overview). Or we could have separate sections: About the role and maybe "About the company" not listed but could be okay? Safer to stick to given examples. Thus we will have sections: - About the role (includes role description and company overview) - Responsibilities (What You'll Do) - list of duties - Requirements (Who You Are) - list of qualifications/skills - Benefits (What We Offer) - list of benefits - Schedule (Schedule & Availability) - description We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose we use

. We must not include Pay section because not specified. We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, application instructions like "We kindly ask that applicants refrain from contacting the company directly regarding application status. All updates will be provided through the recruiting team." Also "Unified Defense is proud to be an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Remove those. Also remove duplicated lines. Now let's extract content.
