HR Risk & Leave Administrator

We are a growing food and beverage production environment in Santa Barbara, CA seeking an organized HR professional to support employees, maintain compliance, coordinate leave processes, and contribute to workplace safety.

This temp-to-hire opportunity allows you to work closely with employees, supervisors, HR, payroll, benefits partners, insurance carriers, and outside vendors to ensure accurate documentation, timely communication, and compliant processes. Responsibilities

• Coordinate workplace injury, vehicle accident, and equipment accident reporting while maintaining accurate and timely documentation.
• Support accident and incident investigations, identify potential causes, and help recommend opportunities to reduce workplace injuries and safety concerns.
• Administer employee leaves of absence, including workers’ compensation, FMLA, CFRA, and other leave programs.
• Communicate with employees, supervisors, HR, benefits, payroll, medical providers, insurance carriers, and vendors to support compliant leave and return-to-work processes.
• Maintain confidential HR, safety, accident, and leave records while monitoring payroll and employee status updates.
• Coordinate OSHA/OSH Committee meetings, support safety initiatives, and assist with HR operations and special projects.

Pay

$28 to $31 per hour.
