HR Representative, Employee Relations

About the role

The Human Resources Representative, Employee Relations provides administrative support for the employee relations function within Human Resources. This position is responsible for reviewing, entering, processing, and auditing employee-related information in various systems. The role plays a key role in supporting the leave of absence and reasonable accommodation processes, employee event planning, and providing customer service for the department. It serves as a resource, offering guidance regarding policies, procedures, and systems.

Responsibilities

• Review, enter, process, and audit employee-related information in HR systems.
• Support leave of absence and reasonable accommodation processes.
• Assist with employee event planning.
• Provide customer service and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and systems.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• 2 years of experience in Human Resources or Human Resources - Employee Relations (preferred).
