About the role

Supports HR operations by executing routine tasks with a significant focus on learning the various functions of HR.

Responsibilities

  • Performs clerical and administrative tasks to support HR operations and projects.
  • Completes routine data entry, report generation, and audit activities to ensure the accuracy of employee data in HRIS systems.
  • Recruiting activities including screening applicants, communicating with applicants, scheduling interviews, and conducting phone screenings.
  • Assists with delivering core HR processes like onboarding, hiring, terminations, retirements, timekeeping, and program implementations, including benefits, compensation, and performance management.
  • May administer other HR systems used for timekeeping, performance, and training management processes.
  • Process a high volume of administrative/digital/computer tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Safety and quality are integral components of this role, requiring responsibility for identifying, addressing, and eliminating hazards, as well as ensuring appropriate checks to meet all internal and external customer specifications.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • Either:
    • A) Bachelor's Degree required and 0 years applicable experience, or
    • B) 2 years applicable experience.
  • HR experience preferred.

Pay

Pay range: $51,500 to $57,200 annually. We are committed to fair and competitive pay for all associates based on their experience, education, and qualifications. Should the selected candidate meet the qualifications of a more experienced level in the career path, the job level may be adjusted.
