HR Recruiter
Contract opportunity in Greenville, South Carolina, supporting a high-volume hiring initiative to onboard a large number of employees across leadership and entry-level functions before the end of summer.
About the role
This role will help accelerate a high-volume hiring initiative focused on quickly onboarding a large number of employees across leadership and entry-level functions before the end of summer. The recruiter will manage core recruiting activities, coordinate closely with hiring leaders, and help create a smooth candidate experience from initial outreach through offer stage.
Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for a high-volume hiring campaign supporting both management and entry-level openings across the organization.
- Conduct virtual candidate interviews using structured screening methods to evaluate experience, communication style, and overall fit.
- Present candidates with relevant experience to field managers for final conversations and coordinate next-step decisions in a timely manner.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to maintain hiring momentum and ensure roles are filled within targeted timelines.
- Track candidate activity, interview progress, and hiring outcomes within applicant tracking and related recruiting systems.
- Support offer-stage coordination, including communication with selected candidates and facilitation of pre-employment steps such as background checks.
- Help strengthen sourcing efforts by leveraging job boards, recruiting platforms, CRM tools, and talent outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with project leads and recruiting team members to align on priorities, share updates, and address hiring challenges as they arise.
Requirements
- Prior experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within high-volume or fast-paced hiring environments.
- Ability to conduct virtual interviews and apply consistent screening criteria to assess candidates effectively.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and HR platforms, including ADP Workforce Now or similar tools.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with sourcing methods using tools such as CareerBuilder, CRM platforms, and other recruiting channels.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes that include offer coordination, background checks, and candidate status management.
- Ability to organize multiple open requisitions simultaneously while meeting aggressive hiring deadlines.
