Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer process, and onboarding coordination
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday, ensuring accurate candidate records and compliance documentation
- Utilize a variety of recruiting tools and sourcing platforms including Indeed, Monster, ZipRecruiter, LinkedIn, and other networking resources
- Recruit for both exempt and non-exempt level positions across multiple departments
- Partner collaboratively with Human Resources representatives and operational leadership to execute recruiting strategies and staffing initiatives
- Participate in recruitment events including job fairs, networking events, community outreach programs, and campus recruiting activities
- Manage campus recruitment initiatives including resume screening, candidate selection, interview coordination, offer approvals, and extending offers
- Develop and distribute recruitment marketing materials across social media and other recruiting channels
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide consultative recruiting support
- Train and support HR Representatives on recruiting best practices, onboarding standards, and front-line operations as needed
- Generate and maintain recruiting reports and metrics with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism throughout all recruitment and hiring processes
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or Human Resources Generalist experience
- Experience recruiting in a high-volume environment preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Strong research and sourcing experience including Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn recruiting, and alternative sourcing methods
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions, projects, and priorities while meeting deadlines
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
- Ability to assess candidate qualifications, identify top performers, and evaluate cultural fit
- Excellent organizational, administrative, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential information
- Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems such as Workday, Taleo, Kenexa, or similar platforms
- Working knowledge of state and federal employment regulations
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Must adhere to all appearance standards, including but not limited to no "visible" tattoos/piercings or unnatural hair colors.
