What You Do
- Open phone lines in the morning at 7:30am.
- Greet employees and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, provide an identification badge, and have them sign in and out.
- Answer incoming calls to the Reno Distribution Center facility, gauge caller’s needs and route calls to the appropriate parties.
- Maintain accurate readings for the postage stamp meter.
- Support all HR related engagement activities.
- Update in-house television monitors and employee informational boards with all company related news.
- Sign for all incoming packages coming into the reception area.
- Distribute all incoming mail.
- Support the HR team with various projects as needed inclusive of peak season hiring, employee activities, etc.
- Provide general information to our booksellers.
Knowledge & Experience
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 1–2 years of office experience, or relevant experience that involves strong administrative/organizational skills and the ability to organize, plan, and prioritize workload.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced work environment a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with all levels of employees and management.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a larger team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality/discretion in all workplace and HR matters.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Able to work Monday to Friday (7:30am-4:30pm) with additional hours as needed.
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required.

Pay & Benefits
Pay Range: $18.00/hr to $19.50/hr (Depends on Experience)
