HR Project Manager – HR Process, Strategy & Planning
Primary Responsibilities
- Create and implement an agile project management approach that advances functional priorities, supports operational efficiency, and drives continuous improvement.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Employee & Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management to develop and deploy strategies that address business needs in a consistent and standardized way.
- Leverage process improvement/lean tools and methodology to align with business needs, and lead workshops to re-evaluate existing structures and implement changes.
- Build relationships and influence leaders to evaluate the effectiveness of their processes and connect them to the right resources to support their development and group effectiveness.
- Ensure assigned programs are executed efficiently, meeting schedule, technical performance, quality, risk management, and customer engagement commitments.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of relevant experience, or Advanced Degree and 8+ years of relevant experience.
- HR Expertise: Strong Human Resources background or management experience.
- Change Management: Proven ability to navigate and facilitate change within teams and organizations.
- Process Improvement: Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive process strategies to identify and optimize processes.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills, including earned value management, risk management, and change management.
- Collaboration and Influence: Ability to build relationships, influence leaders, and work collaboratively in a matrixed environment.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- HR Business Partner Experience: Experience in an HR Business Partner role supporting an organization.
- Large-Scale Project Management: Experience managing projects with large scope and geographical areas.
- Certifications: PMP certification or Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $134640 - $228888
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
