HR Product Management Leader

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Agile Product Owners responsible for HR products and platforms.
• Drive product strategy, prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution across the HR technology portfolio.
• Partner closely with HR, Technology, Operations, and business stakeholders to align priorities and outcomes.
• Establish and mature Agile product management practices, governance, and operating rhythms.
• Guide Product Owners in backlog management, value prioritization, stakeholder engagement, and delivery planning.
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, product roadmaps, and technology execution.
• Support major initiatives across Workday, Talent, Recruiting, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Employee Experience, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Provide leadership capacity during a period of organizational change and transformation.

Required Experience

• Proven experience leading teams of Product Owners or Product Managers in a large enterprise environment.
• Deep expertise in HR Technology and Workday.
• Strong understanding of Agile product management and product operating models.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior business stakeholders.
• Ability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day execution.

Preferred Profile

• A senior HR Technology leader, Product Management Director, or former HR Technology consulting leader with extensive Workday experience, strong stakeholder management skills, and a track record of leading Agile Product Owner teams in complex global organizations.

Pay

$100,000 - $105,000 per year
