• Offering them their first real-world training and skill-building opportunities in a supportive environment.

Our Remote Nature (and Tech Note):

• We operate remotely, so a reliable computer capable of using tools like Slack and Notion is required.
• We hope to provide equipment in the future, but currently, this is a necessity.

Who We're Looking For:

• HR or People Operations board members who can help us shape the volunteer and intern experience.
