Job Summary
A hybrid role for a HR Operations Partner at a leading manufacturing and food industry company. Lead end-to-end payroll processing for the Americas region, ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local laws, including California-specific requirements. Oversee payroll tax reporting and reconciliations, support and coordinate annual 401(k) audits, manage multiple pay schedules, and partner with HR and Finance teams to enhance payroll processes and systems.
Requirements
- 5 years payroll experience with multi-state & California expertise
- Strong knowledge of payroll compliance & tax regulations
- 401(k) administration & audit experience
- Proficiency in ADP, UKG, SAP, or similar systems
- Mechanical or food industry background preferred
