About the role
As the HR Operations/HRIS Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the company's HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. You will also manage HR processes such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.Responsibilities
- Oversee the HRIS to ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting.
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Administer and maintain HRIS software, including troubleshooting and training staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant HR laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline HR processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS management or a similar role.
- Experience with HRIS systems such as ADP, Workday, or Oracle HRMS.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
