Key Responsibilities
- Analyze service delivery metrics, case trends, employee experience data, and operational performance indicators.
- Develop reporting and dashboards to provide actionable insights to HR Operations leadership and COE partners.
- Identify service trends, recurring issues, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
- Support governance activities through reporting, documentation, and performance reviews.
- Partner with Lead Consultants to assess service effectiveness and recommend process enhancements.
- Maintain and optimize HR knowledge content, ensuring policy and procedural information remains accurate and accessible.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer and training across service delivery teams and partners.
- Support implementation of process improvements and operational initiatives.
- Contribute to service documentation, audit readiness, and compliance activities.
Qualifications and Experience
- 3 or more years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, Service Delivery, HR Programs, Analytics, or related disciplines.
- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience supporting service delivery models, operational processes, and stakeholder partnerships.
- Demonstrated process improvement and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- Strategic Leadership & Influence Without Authority: Builds collaborative partnerships across HR Operations and COEs to support service delivery objectives and operational improvements.

Compensation
Compensation Base compensation offered for this role is $65,600.00 - $98,200.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
