HR Mobility Generalist
Job Description
AZ HR Mobility is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to oversee the relocation process for employees moving to new locations, both domestically and internationally. This role requires a deep understanding of relocation policies and processes, as well as strong communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and regularly update comprehensive relocation policies and processes that align with company goals and market standards.
Provide consultation and support to employees undergoing relocation, ensuring they are prepared and informed about all aspects of the move.
Liaise with relocation service providers and government offices to ensure high-quality and cost-effective services are provided.
Oversee all aspects of the relocation process, including individual or group arrivals and logistical requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate a smooth transition.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
2+ years of professional experience in HR or large-scale business process
Proven experience in HR, particularly in relocation management
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Negotiation skills and experience in vendor management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Other Requirements
Fluency in English
Knowledge of Mandarin is a bonus
