HR Manager, Plant Operations

About the role

The HR Manager, Plant Operations will serve as the on-site HR resource for Dose's operational heart—the integrated distribution and manufacturing facility. This role requires an individual who can build trust with frontline employees, advise plant and on-site corporate leaders, and run HR fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Own and facilitate all onboarding sessions on-site across hourly and on-site corporate populations
• Manage new hire paperwork, badging, systems access coordination with central HR, and day-one readiness across all plant entry points
• Partner with supervisors and department leads to build structured 30/60/90-day integration paths tailored to role type
• Coordinate and facilitate required compliance trainings for all on-site team members
• Identify skill gaps and develop training solutions for the site team
• Support supervisor and manager development
• Serve as the primary Employee Relations resource for the plant
• Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the VP of People with appropriate documentation and recommendations
• Manage workers' compensation claims, return-to-work programs, and leave documentation
• Support talent acquisition efforts, including job postings, screening, scheduling, and offer logistics
• Own the candidate experience locally for corporate roles based at the facility

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience, with meaningful time spent supporting both hourly or shift-based teams and salaried professionals
• Bilingual - fluency in both English and Spanish is required
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, physical plant environment
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment law as it applies to both hourly/non-exempt and salaried populations
