Newly created HR function to help scale the company during a critical growth period. Hands-on, execution-focused role managing the day-to-day HR responsibilities supporting employees in four locations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in oil and gas industry
• Hands-on management of HR function independently in a fast-paced environment
• Supervisory experience of a team of up to three people
• Familiarity with bookkeeping oil and gas outsourcing business model - preferred
• Strong, current knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Experience administering benefits, compliance, and employee relations
• Ability to travel quarterly to remote offices

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary up to $120K + discretionary bonus
