Aastha International is hiring a skilled and experienced HR Manager to manage its Human Resources and Administration department.
Responsibilities
- Manage manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes effectively.
- Supervise employee attendance, leave management, and monthly payroll preparation.
- Ensure a proper work environment and compliance according to company rules, regulations, and labor laws.
- Conduct employee performance evaluations (KPI), handle grievances, and arrange various training programs.
- Prepare all HR-related documents and reports to submit to top management.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience in HR management.
- Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resource Management.
- Skills: HR management, human resources, HRIS management, HR compliance, HR consulting, global human resources management, SAP HR.
