Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM with flexibility to cover occasional off-shift needs.

Pay

National salary range: $85,000–$150,000.

About the role

We’re looking for an HR Manager to provide outstanding customer service to business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices nationwide. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, embrace challenges, and build superior customer relationships. You’ll partner with leaders to identify and solve issues, lead a team that delivers full life-cycle HR support, and embed the people element of business strategy. A hands-on approach will help you monitor employee engagement, coach associates at all levels, and manage the people impacts of organizational change. Your voice will be heard in management circles, and you’ll deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and solve HR-related issues
• Lead a team that provides strategic and tactical HR support across the employee life cycle
• Work closely with business leaders to evolve and embed the people element of business strategy
• Monitor the pulse of employees to ensure high engagement
• Provide formal and informal coaching to associates at all levels in an impactful, collaborative, and consultative manner
• Manage the people impacts of organizational change projects aligned to the business
• Deliver results and contribute to management discussions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of work experience
• 5+ years of HR experience with exposure to all major HR functional areas
• Competence building and managing interpersonal relationships at all company levels
• Previous experience partnering with senior management

Preferred Qualifications

• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification
• Knowledge of HR metrics, systems, and databases
• Familiarity with labor law and HR best practices
• Experience leading organizational change deployment
• Conflict resolution experience
