These roles involve leading HR initiatives, supporting leadership teams, and ensuring compliance while driving a positive employee experience. Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
- Proven ability to lead HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR compliance
- Experience in fast-paced or mid-sized environments a plus
Pay
$85,000 - $100,000 / Year (depending on experience)
