HR Lead Recruiter

About the role

The Lead Recruiter will lead high-volume recruiting efforts for manufacturing operations while providing workforce insights, hiring analytics, and staffing visibility to plant leadership. This role will own recruiting metrics, track hiring progress against staffing goals, maintain candidate pipelines, and provide regular reporting on hiring performance, trends, and challenges.

The Lead Recruiter will partner closely with HR and Operations leadership to ensure workforce readiness for production demands, including new shift launches and workforce expansions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition or Human Resources experience, preferably within a manufacturing, automotive, warehouse, or high-volume production environment
• Demonstrated experience recruiting high-volume hourly manufacturing employees, including:
  • Production Associates
  • General Assembly Team Members
  • Material Handlers
  • Warehouse Operators
  • Skilled Trades positions

Skills

• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, formulas, and data analysis
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, Teams, and SharePoint
• Strong communication, organization, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay and Schedule

Pay range: $40-$45 per hour. Schedule: 5:30 am - 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday, for a 12-month contract.
