Target compensation: $80,000–$90,000

Hybrid in Downtown Manhattan

Responsibilities

• Generate recurring and ad hoc workforce reports from UKG Pro (UltiPro) and related HR systems.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and visual reports using Excel and Power BI.
• Validate workforce data accuracy, consistency, and completeness for reporting and compliance needs.
• Analyze staffing, recruitment, retention, and labor utilization trends for HR leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address reporting needs and improve data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience in HR reporting, workforce analytics, or data administration.
• Hands-on experience with UKG Pro (UltiPro) or a comparable HRIS platform.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookup functions, formulas, and data cleaning techniques.
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
