HR Generalist - Supply Chain (Dillon, SC)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee employee relations matters, including employee recognition programs, disciplinary matters, performance improvement plans, and exit interviews, as assigned by the site Human Resources Manager
• Advises employees on company policies and procedures
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local employment laws as well as company policies and procedures
• Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, increase productivity and retention
• Maintains records for mandatory training, continuing education, tuition reimbursement, and disciplinary documentation
• Monitor FMLA and other leaves of absence
• Participates in the design, development and updating of policies and procedures
• Assesses and identifies process or procedure opportunities and prepares recommendations for improvement

• Decision making: Analyze and make recommendations based on engagement surveys, exit interviews and other surveys

Pay

The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,600 – $98,300 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
